Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages via UPS Ground. Orders usually ship out in 3 to 5 business days. Since many of our pieces are original, hand-crafted or one-of-a-kind, items may not be immediately available. These special order items may take longer. We will notify you of any backorder items and will advise of their availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your purchase per the chart below:

$200-$300 $15.00
$300 - $500 $18.00
Over $500 5% of purchase

For shipments outside of Illinois, no sales tax will be charged. For international or unusual shipments, please call 312-266-4500.

Rush Delivery

You may choose to have your order expedited via next day or 2nd day service. Please call 312-266-4500 to arrange for rush delivery.

Return Policy

The Crosell & Co. guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. If your order has failed to meet you expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately to enable us to address and correct the situation for you. If you need to return any regular merchandise, we will be happy to do so within two weeks of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges, unless we are at fault). Sorry, personalized, custom / special ordered and used items are not returnable.

First contact Crosell & Co. for a return authorization at 312-266-4500 or by email. Then ship the package to:

All return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the receipt of purchase.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 312-266-4500 or e-mail us at customerservice@crosellandco.com if you order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, and you will then be credited for the original item once your return has been processed.

All return packages must be postmarked within two weeks of the receipt of purchase.
